If Comin' to Your City didn't provide the shock and awe of Horse of a Different Color, at least on chart terms, it did reveal that Big & Rich weren't a one-trick pony, destined to disappear after one huge record. But then, they were hardly one-hit wonders -- they were the leaders of the Muzik Mafia, a gleeful group of tacky hucksters and savvy craftsman who remade Nashville in their own image, starting with their own music but extending far, far down, from Gretchen Wilson and Cowboy Troy to reviving John Anderson and Rich co-writing like a madman. It was the kind of mad productivity not dissimilar to modern-day hip-hop producers -- they were branding left and right, bringing in everybody under their umbrella -- but it sure brought up charges of spreading themselves thin, especially in the wake of the underperformance of Comin' to Your City. But even if that album didn't generate an anthem like "Save a Horse, Ride a Cowboy" and even if it had a few moments where the calculation shone through their crassness, it still had a musical punch. And for its successor, Between Raising Hell and Amazing Grace, Big & Rich came up with a good gimmick: divide it into a fast side and a slow side, as if people still listened to music on LPs or cassettes. Great concept. ~ Stephen Thomas Erlewine, All Music Guide

Its about time!
Seriously all kidding aside, these guys are and will always remain the 'musician(s)' musicians'. What a breath of fresh air to see clean wholesome, love envoking music. It has really been long awaited. Really- we will pray for you all until you come back to Connecticut or go back to Pueblo again for the fair. I really do need to visit the Asazi cliff dwellings. Yah Te Hey! Kimosabbes!

You know I had a near-fatal accident...
I ve been an avid fan since New Year's 2005 (12/31/05) and have seen the boyz and 'their extended family' at least 5 or 6 times in at least ...lets see: CT 3 times, PA, Colorado, Springfield and yes I love the way they went with this album. OH I almost forgot- New Jersey too w/Bon Jovi. First I got crushed by the crowd when they rushed the opened doors for the venue..and then on the way home doing 35-40 miles per hour, not in NY and not in NJ, but stinky CT, my own state, I had to swerve to avoid a car that slowed iu the middle of the highway. My car flipped 3 times. I should have been dead gone. I believe the way Kenny and John do, we're here for a reason. I LOVE the song about Coronado Street, and Loud, and heck all of them, the one with John Legend and of course Wyclef -it seems that's what goes on alot these days. Cannot wait to move down south. My new Big and Rich license plate is exactly where the car hit the pole, instead of the person in front of me. I wasn't drinking nor smoking. My tape of the guys - this one was in the cd player. Needless to say my beautiful 2007 Tucson lost, my beautiful license plate-creamed, and my cd- stuck in the car forever. Well I'm back - imagine my surprise when the announcement came that the guys were going to ease up on touring because Kenny needs therapy for his neck from injuries sustained in an accident several years ago. We are all connected! ....and walk the same path. I still forget things..beause of the head injuries but I remember every single word of the new album! and of course the WONDERFUL times in Colorado (Pueblo) and @ Mohegan Sun in 2006. Love ya Bengyl -Please always be safe and healthy for your families and fans. Love Everybody!

ALBUM OF THE YEAR
The third CD from Big Rich is simply their best effort yet. The first two discs they released were excellent, but the album Between Raising Hell And Amazing Grace raises the bar to new heights. The harmony between Big Kenny and John Rich is perfect. Them boys can really sang! Yee Haw! The song "Lost In This Moment" must be the new standard for any American wedding reception, while the title track will remind many of their ruckus raising days. And being a reformed metal head, the track "Loud" thumps along, only to be upstaged by "Radio" the rockingest song I've heard in years. Every track is good if not great. Excellent lyrics and great musicianship makes this CD a must own for every Big Rich fan. You can never be to "Big" or too "Rich".

SIMPLY TERRIFIC
John Rich is absolutely one of the best songwriters ever! Poetry set to music! Faster Than Angels Fly is such a beautifully written song and John and Big Kenny's harmony is perfect.

Awful
Having purchased other Big Rich Cd's and enjoyed them, and watched them Live in Las Vegas a couple of years ago, I have to say that this is one of the worst Albums I have heard in a long time. Very disappointing from start to finish, I am glad I listened to it on the Listening party before splashing out any cash on it! I urge anyone considering buying this CD to listen first and then make a judgement.

These guys are two talented men. They work well together, sound good together, and I just love "lost in this moment" and will have this song as my first dance at my wedding! This song is great just like every other song these guys have did.

Can hardly wait!!
I have been so excited about their new cd even before I heard 'lost in this moment', which is awesome! They just keep getting better and better (I still play 'horse of a different color' and 'comin' to your city' from beginning to end!)! They continue to outdo themselves!

Loved it!
I love the new Big and Rich CD. I have the others CDs and still listen to them, too. They harmonize like no one I have heard before, unbelievable! Then they turn around and rock out. Brothers and sisters, those boys can sing. I went to their concert at Harrah's in Cherokee, North Carolina, and loved it. This was only the second concert I had been to in my life. I will purchase anything they put out in the future without hearing it first because with voices like that, what's not to love? They have brought a lot of joy into my life. I am in my 40s with a great husband, (who took me to the concert),an 18 month old child, and I joined the Big and Rich Fan Club and feel like a kid myself!

Masterful
What a fantastic CD! The songs they chose that they didn't pen, couldn't be better - they mixed so many different kinds of music sounds - they are true Masters of Their Domain! John- you are a phenomenal writer and have a beautiful soul - not to mention you are a sexy man -those eyes - beautiful! The two of you harmonize so beautifully together whether its a souful tune or a rock-out party number like Radio - I think that's my favorite - I hope it's the next single release! Keep doing what your doing - I don't know about anyone else, but I get it! And I love it! Can't wait 'til your back in Northeast Ohio!! See you then! Yee Haw!
